Bright Eyes performed on Jay Leno on May 2, 2005.
It's is the most overtly political thing I have seen on a network television show ever. It is inspiring and incredible and I am speechless.

ReplyDeleteOh, comon- it's all whine whine mope mope--- protest music is so very dull. The problem I have with bright eyes and all that crap is that its so not fun. Give me some music I can drink a beer to, to dance to, but not that "look at me and how much I care" liar crap.
ReplyDeleteIt was a cross between Dylan and Guthrie. I'm proud of that American boy, it took great courage. Kudos to Oklahoma.
