No, that's not an endorsement. I'm just noticing how Newt is trying to be the first to completely separate himself from DeLay.
His hope is clearly that in 2008, he will be the only Republican running that isn't tainted by the stench of Tom DeLay.
Wouldn't it be great if DeLay ran as an independent for President in 2008 and took all of the "Rapture Right" with him to a split-off party? If DeLay doesn't somebody will.
The next 3 years are going to be fun to watch, if you watch the Daily Show like some people watch Sports Center.
