BTW IMO Justin Frank is an anachronism. His diagnosis is correct, except no one calls it 'megalomania' anymore, and Frank's psychodynamic explanations probably consist mostly of pure crap. But Bush _is_ dangerously nuts; modern doctors call the condition Narcissisistic Personality Disorder, and it gets worse every day that Bush remains in power, which is the worst thing for him.
Not that it matters much whether Bush gets better or not -- he's already earned for himself hundreds of thousands of life sentences, so there is no need to re-integrate him into 'society'.
