The country is waking from it's slumber
There are some that know and many who wonder
Where did we miss it? Where was the turn? Can we go back?
We're waking to the world, not as we want it to be, but as it is
The many are joining the few
Let the silence not decieve
The country is ready for change
The nightmare is nearly over
Accountability will rule the day
-The Oklahoma Hippy
Amen!
ReplyDeleteA link to the whitehouse corespodent's dinner where Steven Colbert serves a lukewarm dish of salty crow for the president to the stunned silence of the media.
ReplyDeleteOver the top yes and no,
The thing is that it has taken five years and cost lives of 2700+ americans and almost 17,000 maimed and the budget surplus and our personal freedoms and the respect of our world neighbor's before anyone was able to sneak in and say it right to Bush's monkey face and in front of the administration's liberal lapdog counterpart's.(You may breathe now after that long sentence)
This was originally featured on YouTube but was taken down due to copyright infringemnt even though the clip of
Bush and his Doppleganger are still available to watch.
To the covey of flying monkey's I say this:Before You flame Me,take the time to watch this clip so You will at least know a little of something of what I'm talking about here and not just go by the sound bites generated By the douche bags of the corporate media.
